Integration

YouTube
Connect YouTube to QuantCX Assistant for added context in user queries.

Overview
Connecting YouTube to QuantCX surfaces user-reported bugs, questions, and feature requests directly inside your docs site. Once connected, YouTube videos can power QuantCX Assistant — so visitors get answers informed by real support context — and optionally trigger change requests when your videos point to documentation gaps.
How it works
QuantCX syncs records from your selected YouTube channel. Those records can be exposed in AI Search and QuantCX Assistant, letting your docs site answer questions using issue history alongside your written documentation. You can also enable auto-generate change requests to let QuantCX analyze closed issues and propose documentation updates for your team to review.
Configure
Connect YouTube — Open your site's Settings → Connections, select YouTube, and authorize QuantCX to access your repositories.
Select channel — Select which channel to sync. QuantCX will start importing your channel as a record.
Configure connection settings — Choose how the records are used:
Expose in search / assistant — Makes YouTube records available to QuantCX Assistant and AI Search. Note: this makes content accessible to anyone who can view your site.
Auto-generate change requests — Lets QuantCX analyze videos and open suggested documentation updates for your team to review. (Currently in early access.)
Adjust search ranking — Optionally boost or deprioritize YouTube records relative to your primary docs content.
